Nachdem ein ankommender Ruf beantwortet wird, ist es oftmals notwendig beim Manager nachzufragen. Durch den Verbindungsaufbau mit dem Manager wird der ursprüngliche Anruf automatisch auf halten gesetzt und durch einfaches Auflegen des Hörers kann der Anruf nach Rücksprache durchverbunden werden.
